today i want to talk about something we all have in common: dreams. We are fortunate enough to be able to chase, fight and execute our dreams. Unfortunately there’s a group of people who might not have the opportunity to do so. I’m talking about the elderly.
The elderly throughout the world are not treated fairly and equally. No matter the culture, the country, elderly have the same issues: healthcare, housing, loneliness, depression, and the list goes on. But the most overlooked issue that the elderly face is their ability to dream and achieve those dreams.
I just want to raise awareness about what it means to be an elderly and what their dreams represent. They’re as valuable to them as ours are. Don’t forget to spread the love and listen to the elderly in your families.
I found this video in a seminar that i’m taking (seminar in group dynamics) It’s an “advertainment? from Taiwan for TC Bank, And it’s amazing! Based of a true story, The bank and the agency behind the work were able to spot an opportunity within a demographic that’s being overlooked as relic of the past. Very touching and emotional video.
